Due to increased skin losses of water and minimal salts, if not replaced adequately will lead to Urinary infections, kidney stones and perineal infections.
Taking fluids enough to be passing urine atleast 5 times in a day, is a better way of judging adequate fluid intake. Room temperature fluids and not juices or carbonated drinks are encouraged. proper hygiene and well fitting undergarments can prevent pweineal issues. Use awimming pools that are well maintained and chlorinated.
