DPS on July 9th- Yoga postures- sit right, stand right- 20th session

Yoga guru Chitra Mahesh explained the benefits of Yoga, with scientific reasoning on how it units mind, body and soul. different types and forms of yoga dependig on the style and intensity of workout. questions were answered and everyone practised the right posture of sitting and standing, under the supervision. everyone enjoyed the practical approach.
